Hi I'm Sarah!

Canine Rehab Therapist & Inspired Dog Parent

Sarah MacKeigan, PT

Hi I'm Sarah MacKeigan, licensed physiotherapist, canine rehab therapist and inspired dog mom. I specializes in helping dog parents/owners of dogs with mobility challenges feel empowered and get their dogs moving again. I know first hand the helplessness one can feel when their dog is injured or diagnosed with a progressive condition that impacts their mobility and leaves you feeling powerless. In addition to my in person practice I've helped many clients online discover how they can help their dogs recover from injuries, adapt to progressive conditions and ultimately lead and active and happy life. I'm passionate about educating dog parents on what's available to them to help their dogs, breaking down rehab and care into manageable components and taking the time to help you feel competent doing therapeutic exercises with your dog. I founded Upward Dog Rehab & Wellness, providing educational content to cover 16k followers on Facebook and have had multiple professionals on for educational interviews in Living with Dogs with Disabilities Facebook group serving over 2700 members in just one year! I'm looking forward to meeting you! ~Sarah MBA, MScPT, Licensed PT , Diploma Canine Rehabilitation
